Our signature open-level class and the one you’ll see most on the timetable. Flow is dynamic, full-body and designed to build strength, balance and flexibility through feel-good movement. Expect thoughtful sequencing, options to layer up, and plenty of moments that will have you feeling the burn.
ignite
A lil bit spicy, a lil bit strong. Ignite is our strength and conditioning focused class while still staying true to Pilates principles. Expect more challenge, more heat and a spicy burn.
align
Stripped back to the foundations of Pilates, but certainly not boring. Align is great for beginners wanting to explore foundational movements, and for experienced movers wanting to fine-tune the precision, control and alignment Pilates is known for. Expect to feel muscles you didn’t know were there.
restore
A chance to slow down and get grounded. Restore incorporates stretch, mobility, gentle movement and breathwork to leave you feeling calm, grounded and relaxed.
